Hello. What is giving you sleepless nights? Some irresistible thoughts/ odd shift timings/ due to some mishappening? Because of flatulence? Restless mind? Try to relax yourself, take light food 2 hrs before going for sleep. Take a walk after 1 & 1/2 hrs of having food, don't watch T.V./ work on computers/ play games as these will make your mind agitated, better listen to soft music, avoid intake of caffeine at night, avoid anger, do light yoga in evening/ morning which relaxes your mind!
