I have been working out since a month from morning 5: 30 to 7 am. Just have honey and lemon water in morning. Then I hav to get my shop open I remain empty stomach till 10: 00 and then I do my breakfast. I feel so energy drained in afternoon and feel sleepy. But overall I do not have any problem. As I am vegetarian I do eat protein like dal and paneer which is I think not sufficient fo my body. My weight is 77 and height 5.8.my goal is to make my body fit, lean and muscular. Can I eat whey or any protein substitute for my muscle and strength? Please suggest.

You can explore many options (in a vegetarian diet) and try to balance every thing. You can have the break fast after the exercise as that is time to give your body the needed nutrition. You can take the help of a doctor (and a dietician or a nutritionist) who can check your health parameters and advise the calories required. It's important to take medical professionals help while introducing suppliments (take the doctors clearance ). Read more about healthy lifestyle and fitness from the internet to gain clarity and avoid confusion.
