My father is suffering from diabetes and his sugar level always high 500 or 368 and it doesn't come below this always remain this much he was taking insulin like tresiba injection daily in morning and gluconorm pg 2forth and celostrol also high.

Blood sugar levels are very high. It can be only controlled with multiple daily injections of insulin. And he should also be investigated for any other cause of uncontrolled diabetes. If left uncontrolled he can develop serious complications.

Hello, Thanks for the query. The blood glucose levels are too high. Which means totally inadequate medication, plus probably improper diet and very little no exercise. The information given is not enough.
