I am suffering from hair fall for the past week and I am noticing that the amount of hair fall is gradually increasing. I know that I have mild anemia. Whenever I take blood test, my hemoglobin levels will be always between 9 to 10. Also last month, I have moved to Norway. Here people have advised me to take Vitamin D supplement due to lack of sunlight and I have also started taking omega 3 fish oil with vit D. At this point, can you advice me what I can do? Do I need to take iron supplements? If so, how about the dosage, please? Here imported dates are very expensive to buy and also really hard to find. Lion dates used to be my source of iron back in India. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
