I have a moderate blood sugar as110 (fasting) and 150 (pp). will I go for medicine or only exercise? What should be my food.

the levels mentioned are in the range of impaired glucose intolerance, not diabetes. This means if proper precautions are not taken then you may get frank diabetes. Regular exercise, restricted diet like avoiding deep fried foods, sweets, direct sugar and red meat, egg yolk etc, maintaining weight within normal limit will help in preventing the possibility of developing diabetes.
