I had spinal cord problem from few weeks so I got my thyroid test done revealing high tsh level but I am suffering from weight loss so what should I do is it dangerous? Kindly consult me for weight gain.

Don't worry. If you have high TSH levels please consult a doctor for thyroid medication. Due to this there is lot of hormonal imbalances in the body so consult a doctor & then start a balanced diet which takes care of your thyroid levels too. Nothing to worry. Everything will be ok. A small frequent balanced meals, calorie dense yet healthy, high protein complex carbs, taking care the amount of goitrogens in the diet.
