1) Well I have been working out for almost 8 months. I also seem to be following a proper diet but even though I getting stronger every month my weight doesn't seems to be changing I have in 70 kg for an year is this is an problem 2) what can I do to have a six packs 3) how can I find that whether my diet is proper or not.

Following are the suggestions for you- 1. Have small and frequent meals. 2. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. 3. Water intake should be at least 10-12 glasses. 4. Include high fibre, complex carbohydrate and protein rich diet. 5. Use 3-4 tsp oil in a day. 5. Exercise daily for 30-45 minutes. 6. Avoid high starch and fried foods. 7. Avoid sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, honey, sugar, etc.
