I have migraine for last 12 years. I take vasograin for at least 15 days a month. Doctor now prescribed Naxdom or napra D 500. My blood pressure is 140 90 usually. I am 38 and take telma 40. Is naxdom a safe drug considering the fact that I am taking vasograin for so long?

Naxodom is just a pain killer medication and Migrane is characterised by one sided headache which is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura and Few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folicacid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free , exercise regularly
