Please suggest me in sleeping Time I saw various themes last 10 year's some are true after I saw dream.Please suggest for getting better sleep.

Dear Raj. Thanks for the question. A healthy and normal adult should sleep around 7 hours per day for healthy body and mind. In those 7 hours sound sleep will be around 3 hours. To get good sleep, you should have physical exercise, clutter free and stress free mind and good diet. You can also practice pranayama and yoga which promotes sleep. I can help you if you desire so.
