I have urethral stricture since 2012 till then only problem was urinating out was little painful and some time all right. But from last oct 2017 when I urinate little blood comes at the end of urination and some times before starting. I did diagnostic test CT urothrography, usg whole abdomen, uroflowmetry and rgu+mcu. All reports normal only in rgu mcu showed stricture in proximal penile bulbar urethral stricture. So sir I wants to ask that blood coming is normal in stricture. Or some thing abnormal 2ndly above all test urinary tumor can be diagnosed or not My age is 30 now Pls reply sir Thanking you.

Hi lybrate-user urethral stricture is pretty common in young sexualy active adults and often result as a sequlae of gonococal urethritis. Well bleeding is common in the situation well tumor is very uncommon at age. And I hope yu had been under treatment all this while. OIU or optical internal urethrotomy which is an endoscopic procedure is the defibitive treatment of your condition.
