Any home remedy for low bp. The usual range of my bp is 70 and 90. It drops Further To 55 and 80 many times of the day. Dizziness and light headedness. How To improve my blood pressure?

Measure your BP lying and standing and post the readings. Generally better not to measure BP too much. Low BP is mostly a belief, not a disease. Please discuss on phone for further opinion about your low BP. Best wishes.
