I want to lose 40 kgs. Also I want to I increase my flexibility and strength. My tummy fat is too much as compared to my rest of the body parts. Please help me.

Go for gym or yoga do exercise to reduce tummy reduce calorie intake, avoid fast food, fat rich diet and junk food take plenty of fluids 4-5 litres go for morning and evening brisk walking for at least one hour daily.
