I am having continuous pain in the right side of my lower back. I was fit in previous year, I was going to gym ,i was doing leg workout and during workout something happened. Then after some days I was mild pain when I lift any heavy item. This pain is mild but comes when I carry heavy load. I am going to gym these days. I am now conscious about this problem. What should I do to get rid of this mild pain permanently so I can get by back fit.
