I am suffering from a lot of fat in last 15 years. please help me. What can I take steps to reduce fat.

Hi To reduce fat focus on high fiber and high protein diet which wil help you to burn fat along with proper exercise routine here are few tips which will help you 1. Take salads before food 2. Drink 1 glass of water half n hour before and half n hour after food 3. Take soaked almonds every mrng 4. Take dal, low fat paneer chicken in diet.
