Good afternoon sir my mother has a small sized kidney and as a result the serum creatinine level has increased up to 9.14 as we are from karimnagar district here the local doctors are suggesting to take dialysis treatment so my mother and our family members are worried so is there any solution to get the serum creatinine levels down with the use of medicine (tablets) and also for the proper functioning of kidney's.

Normally with small kidney dialysis has to continue with this high creatinine. However only after seeing the patient one can advice the dialysis may discontinue or not.
