Hello, I am regularly doing exercise from last 4 and half years. But the problem is my weight. My weight is very low as compared to my age and height. Give me some solutions on this. I am Vegetarian. I tried dry fruits, butter, milk, cheese to gain some weight. But it didn't helped me. I can't eat eggs due to personal problems. Can you suggest me vegetarian diet plan to increase weight. Thank You in advance.

You can include oatmeal it is the best food to gain weight rapidly. Oatmeal contain high amount of calories and proteins. Beans are rich in calorie. So, one must eat every weak 3 cups of beans. Go for pumpkin seeds, almonds, pistachios and walnuts.
