Hi, I am just 23 years old and I am busy professional I am working as late night shift sa 6: 30 pm to 3: 30 am so I will get back to home around 5: 30 am. I have a Question, can I hit the gym after doing night shift on early morning or can I sleep like 3 hours then I can hit the gym and again go to sleep. Is this kind of routine will help me out?

It is best to try both the routines or any other feasible time. Whatever suits you, try that because everyone has different sleep cycle and biological clock. Try out different options and see what fits you best. Try to get continuous sleep for at least 5 hours whatever time is feasible.
