For Vit D- Sun exposure on bare body without sunscream or oil will help with addition of dairy products in daily diet. For Vit B12- High fiber from fruits and veggies with inclusion of curd and fermented products will help. Avoid excess of salt and sugars (processed food). Eggs are also good source of vit d and b12.

For improving vitamin D status, try exposing your full hands and face to the sun, without applying any sunscreen, between 11: 00 am to 3: 00 pm for half an hour, as the dietary sources for vitamin D are less. For Vitamin B12, try incorporating organ meats, or even other animal products as they are richer sources of vitamin B12 than vegetarian sources. Egg being a good source of vitamin B12 is has less bio availability, so might not find significant changes in vitamin B12 status through egg alone.
