Hello all, Please suggest effective exercises for toning hips and legs. I include cross trainer and spinning exercises in my workout.

Running is the best exercise for reducing weight / waist / hips and thighs. Spend at least 50% of your exercise time in running/joggin. In addition you need to reduce the quantity of calories intake. You need to work on a 1600 calories diet, that will help you to reduce all fat from your body and make you fit.
