My elder sister (40 yrs) who's also a heart patient is suddenly started to feel extreme pain in shoulder and arms. She says it all started when she was washing her hair with mugs of water by bending and lowering her head. The x-ray suggests "Cervical Lordosis Decreased" The doc give some medicine which make her whole body bloated while the pain kept on increasing, including numbness in one of the hands. What's the diagnosis and how worried we should be?
