I have drastic memory loss, sometimes if somebody ask me where my hubby works, I really can't remember his office name so answer then his old company. Secondly anything I listen I can put them in temporarily I think because after some days if somebody ask me the same information I could not tell them since I forget them completely. I'm really suffering badly due to this in office environment drastically. Could you help me to stir the information that I listen in permanent spot of my brain! Sorry if its invalid question?

You do a simple exercise- before going to bed at night sit upright take deep breath 5 times ,then try to remember every thing in that day from morning wake up to night bed time including food what you took,do this once in a week ,after one month write in this plat form ,
