I eat a plant based diet, made of fruits vegetables grains and legumes. I feel fitter with this. I am doubtful about my vitamin d level. Since vitamin d is only present in milk or sunlight. I work mostly inside, so do not get sunlight, neither I am fond of or drink milk. Kindly advice which test should be done to check the level and if their is any vegan supplement of vitamin d, what dosage and how long to take.
