I am 34 with hypothyroid and my wife 33. We have two children first a girl 8 years (healthy now) & second a boy (expired due to cerebral palsy). So, trying for pregnancy naturally since 1 year. But, no result. Recently we had gone for HSG and came to know that, Impression of HSG: BILATERAL HYDROSALPINX WITH GOOD SPILL ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND WITH MINIMAL PERITONEAL SPILL ON THE LEFT SIDE. What does this mean? Whether is there is any problem. What is the treatment for this? If so, cost of the treatment? If we neglect this, there is any risk? Whether IUI works in this case?
