During jumping practise my ankle of left leg is twist that time I didn't feel any pain but after a 2 days its starting paining I give rest of 2 week but after nothing happen I do x ray also but nothing was found I buy some tablets of calcium and everyday I give massage and do warm water massage but this pain is still and more than 1 month is going on please help me my tournament is on next month and I do not want any problem.
