I just visit Dr. Due to I have pane left side than Dr. Is says me go ultra sound in ultra sound diagnose calculus of size 5.2 mm noted in mid pole of left kidney and left renal calculus with tiny papillary concretion in both kidneys so please says what can I do for same.

Hello For this much small calculus and concretions, you can just have some alkaliser (e.g. Syp. Alkasol, 2tsf, thrice daily with a glass of water) and consume plenty of fluids (Water, juices, etc.). Usually with good amount of fluids only, small calculus can be flushed out safely. Only if in case the calculus is causing frequent urinary tract or renal infections, or is causing significant obstruction, any further intervention will be required.
