My daughter has congenital third nerve palsy. she is 3 years old Right eye hypotropia with severe ptosis and pupil dilated We had been informed that first strabismus surgery will be done and later ptosis is corrected after few months with another surgery. May I know how dilated pupil will be recovered as her eye is sensitive to bright light and cannot open.
