Suffering from pcod. Its been 1 year 6 months ago I Married n planning to Conceive so Dr. suggested me to take varunadi khata and m2 tone syrup to cure pcod and other doctor suggested me to take metformin and folsafe for pcod. Confused now which one to follow can anyone please suggest me need a lot of help.
