Due to excess taking of beetle nut, I am already suffering with BMS. But still I could not able to stop at once taking the practice of beetle nut. Now the problem is because of beetle nut I feel my mouth has become small and I feel hard to insert three fingers into my mouth at a time and not only this my throat had also got damaged and I always feel pain and hard to swallow any kind of solid food Even if I try to take a tablet it will struck in my throat and make me to vomit So pl advice.
