My son is 6 month old. He was having fever on 21st March temp around 100. 1F.after giving paracetamol drop, he recovered in one day. Then he had stool for 4 times next day. Again he is normal now. From yesterday he is having cold and cough. Some times he is sneezing. Liquid mucous are coming out of nose. We are giving him "rinotoff" drops for cough and "nasoclear" nasal spray. We are not giving him bath thinking that cold will increase. We are applying ghee and mustard oil on his feet and chest and head. How many days it will take to fully recover from cold and cough. Some times yellow urines are also coming. Kindly give the solution for remedy.
