Since last 15/20 days I am suffering from excessive palm. I am required to blow my nose many times to either to dispose running nose or semi hard phlegm. Equally I am gulping hard phlegm from nose/ throat very frequently. This problem aggravates in the night causing loss of sleep. I would be grateful to any advice to at least bring this condition under manageable conditions. Thanks in anticipation.
