I am 20 years old and was suffering from Viral Infections lately. I still have my medications on and had some red spots on my upper body last week. It had gone by some medications provided by my doctor. Now that I came back to college, this morning suddenly the red spots showed up again but this time only on my right arm. They do not cause itching or pain. What could be the reason?
