I am 25 years of age (weight 53 kg) and can't run more than 1 kilometre. How do I increase my stamina?

Hi pine, you can increase your stamina by having healthy diet like niuts, whole grains, vegetable, fruits, milk and milk products. Do cardio exercises and strength exercise. Increase duration and intensity of workout gradually. And most importantly stay hydrated and can have caffien like coffee and tea for boosting yourself. Always be active and do physical activity which you love. Best wishes.
