I was over weight .hence I started working out in 4 months I lost about 5 kg (from 83 kg to 78 kg. And now it's become very difficult for me to loose weight I take whey protein about 50 grams a day .pls guide me about my diet? What should I do to loose more weight without losing muscle mass. I take about 1700 calorie a day .what should I do now?
