Sir I am 20 years old I am tall but very thin although I eat enough, no chest hairs and very small mouth due to thin bones and less muscular mass What should I do to attain a good looking face and good musculature as I am losing confidence to sit beside my batchmates please also tell the reason of thin and small mouth.
