Hello sir/mam I am sleeping more than 7 hrs. Can you tell me is it. Good or bad for health. Any side effects occur in my brain. When we sleep more.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do not worry as the normal sleep time at night should be at least 7-8 hrs of proper shut eye sleep, this is essential for proper body function & to feel refreshed & agile the next day .
