Hello, as I discussed earlier during squat and dead lift, there is a strain developed my one knee one month ago, after that I stopped the leg exercise, still my knee is not recover. Please advice me. Should I go to physiotherapist?

Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Quadriceps strengthening exercises-
