Hi I am 27 years old I have lack of sleep and my sleeping habits keeps shifting due my work. So after being in this routine for least 6 month I am experiencing trembling all over my body specially near neck, upper chest both right and left side And even back. It appears for 10 sec and goes and it keep coming back randomly and if I am relaxing in different posture. It's freaking me out please advise what should I do.
