Highbloodproteinis not a specific disease or condition in itself. Certainproteinsin the blood may beelevatedas your body fights an infection or some other inflammation. People with certain bone marrow diseases, such as multiple myeloma, may havehighbloodproteinlevels before they show any other symptom .To keep inflammatory protein levels low, eat more omega-3 rich foods such as salmon and walnuts, olive oil, nuts, leafy greens and tomatoes. Swap out your meat proteins, such as red meat, with non-meat proteins, such as lentils and beans. Adding flavor with fresh herbs and spices also helps your body fight against inflammation.
