Hi Doctor, I am doing 8 kilometer walk 6 days a week from last 1 year and loose my weight 78 to 71.5. Do I need to continue with this for future to stay healthy or any tips from your end. I believe my weight is okay according to my height age. I have no health issue and feeling more energetic now a days. Please guide.

Very nice. Walking is a good exercise for all age groups. your weight is under normal range according to your height. Though you have not any health issue for the time being you should continue the same because it will keep you healthy always and prevent obesity, hypertension, anxiety disorders, heart attack, stroke and other cardiovascular disorders in future. Many people suffers from weight gain after discontinuing exercise so it's better to keep it up.
