Hi, Serum cholesterol is 182.9 hdl 38.3 ldl is 145.5 serum triglyceride is 221.1.Please help me for that.

Reduce the manufacture of triglycerides by your liver. Reduce sugar jaggery alcohol grains and starchy foods. Increase traditionally healthy foods that don't go to liver for conversion into triglycerides. Exercise can help. Best wishes.
