You take in morning one glass of leuke warm water with 1tsp lemon juice, one pinch black papper n take milk cornflakes in morning breakfast, in midmorning take fruits papaya, in lunch take salad before lunch n vegetables, chapati, n evening take green tea with roasted channa in dinner take milk cornflakes do it for one months.
