I am a 29 year old guy, since a month, my urine is dark in colour as compared to normal. Off recently I have started noticing mild pain in my penis under the foreskin while urinating. To note, I have minor fungal skin infection on my stomach and I have some different feeling inside my stomach. I pass my stools as usual, however at times I feel an urge to pass my stool. Can you please suggest.
