I am a 29 year old guy, since a month, my urine is dark in colour as compared to normal. Off recently I have started noticing mild pain in my penis under the foreskin while urinating. To note, I have minor fungal skin infection on my stomach and I have some different feeling inside my stomach. I pass my stools as usual, however at times I feel an urge to pass my stool. Can you please suggest.

It's due to too much of heat your body produces and you won't be able to urinate properly it might be coz of urinary tract infection also.
