Hii. Am 23 years old boy. 3 months back my weight is 44 kg. Jan 20 I went fo gym start working .and increase my weight feb end my weight was 47 .but after some time I check my weight but no increase. And again after 1 month I check again. But no use. But I starting working hard and take more healthy food. But no increase ma weight .still 47 kg. Please suggest wts d reason? N also after gym ma daily food list.

Well it's normal,, increase of weight is due to increase in muscle gain,,it will increase as the time goes don't worry,,,take high protein,take soaked chic peas and peanut in the morning,,take boiled eggs,, fruits,,nuts,
