Dear sir/madam I have come across a patanjali hypertension medicine namely Divya mukta vati. Patanjali experts are claiming that high BP caused by any reasons will be cured. How far is it true. Can it be used by any person who has high BP. If yes please mention its dose according to he level of bp. Lastly how to get rid of it's main side effects, nasal congestion, what should be taken along with it to get rid of that side effects.
