Hello, I am 29 year old Male. I am very obese. I was suggested by a doctor to undergo bariatric surgery for weight loss as I had metabolism problem. My weigh currently 146 kg with a very irregular BMI. According to BMI test my body is aged to 63 years. I am very concerned as I have joint pains uneasy digestion, stomach ache, acidity, black marks all over the body and I am also not confident in my sexual life considering these problems, (size, sperm count, sperm fertility and erection time)
