Hi Doctor, My wife age 30 weighing 78 Kgs height 161 cm suffers from PCOS since 2016. Her menses have been regular with average cycle of 28-30 day?s lasting for 4-5 Days. Her sonography report states, uterus is anteverted, normal size 7.1x3.1x4. 4 cm and her right ovary size is 3.1x1.8x2. 2 cm and volume-6.7 cc and her left ovary size is 3.0x2.0x2. 2 cm and volume 7.4 cc. I notice that the thickness of her uterus and ovary is more than normal is that a matter of concern. I would also like to understand what are the chance of my wife getting pregnant? Note: she does gym regularly. I am non- Smoker and non- Alcoholic.
