For you required body mass index is 18.5.Your current bmi is 17.75. That means you are slightly under weight. To gain weight you must 1. Can take nutritious food. More carbohydrates + proteins mostly. 2. Exercise regularly. Join a gym and start with low weight exercises. 3.
