I am 64+I am on medication for hypertension since 2002-Losartan25 upto Nov 2017 and after this date Losar50. I was diagnosed diabetic in Sept 2016 and thereafter on medication -Janumet50 mg/500 mg per lunch. I am walking/Jogging for 9 km four days a week. Can I discontinue the diabetic medicine as I have controlled it through healthy eating and regular exercise?

Your diabetes is controlled not only cuz you are exercising and eating healthy but also cuz you are on two medication as a combination in Janumet.
