I am a girl of 22. My belly is becoming big and I have been trying to lose it. The fat rolls are popping up and the double belly is appearing. What should I do?

Belly appears because of bad lifestyle. Improve your daily routine like 30-45 min exercise or jogging, early morning take lukewarm water with lemon or Jeera water, do not give too much gap between meals, eat between your major meals, include green tea, small frequent meals should be taken, hydrate yourself properly, avoid junk food etc.
